Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Associate Director (VP level) to support originating and executing transactions within the project finance and infrastructure segment. The team delivers debt structuring across power, renewable energy, and infrastructure including PPP/P3.

The role involves leading execution, financial modeling, due diligence, and interaction with management and credit groups, with growth toward deal-team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or additional 4 years of experience.
• 5+ years experience in project finance and infrastructure.
• Experience building and working in financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of project finance transactions across the capital stack, including construction financing and back-leverage term financing.
• Perform analytical financial structuring and oversee detailed financial models.
• Assist in due diligence (technical and legal/structuring) and present proposed transactions to management and credit groups.
• Support prospecting new clients, create marketing materials, and interface with internal product groups.
• Over time, assume increasing responsibility and potentially lead deal teams on certain transactions.
