Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Associate Director (VP level) to support originating and executing transactions within the project finance and infrastructure segment in the US. The role focuses on construction financing and back-leverage term financing across the capital stack.

The AD will lead financial structuring, oversee detailed models, assist in due diligence, present to management and credit, and help prospect new clients with marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project finance and infrastructure.
• Experience building and working in financial models.
• Bachelors degree or additional 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of project finance transactions across the capital stack including construction financing and back-leverage term financing.
• Develop and oversee financial models and due diligence.
• Present proposed transactions to management and credit groups.
• Assist in prospecting new clients and creating marketing materials.
