Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is expanding its Construction Program with a newly created VP of Project Controls. The role will establish a standardized project controls program across all sites, driving scheduling, cost estimating, change management, and reporting.

You will build and lead a team, partner with Management, and optimize speed to market while managing risk. The role requires a minimum of 15 years in project controls, including 7+ years in senior leadership, and a degree in Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years in project controls with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and standardization of a project controls program across the construction portfolio.
• Architect control systems and processes that integrate with existing practices.
• Use historical data and analytics to drive data‑driven decisions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with New Site Development and other teams to ensure tools/support reach Delivery.
