This role drives the full preconstruction lifecycle—from site validation to construction handoff—ensuring rapid delivery and high-density performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in preconstruction/leadership within data centers or large-scale projects.
• Proven hyperscale or multi-phase delivery experience.
• Deep expertise in power-driven site selection, due diligence, design management and cost estimation.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to influence investments and portfolio strategy.
• Travel up to 30% or more based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead preconstruction strategy and scalable delivery models.
• Oversee due diligence, power availability, and entitlement processes.
• Lead early-stage design coordination for campus master planning and high-density layouts.
• Establish disciplined cost models and schedules for rapid delivery.
• Ensure smooth handoff with defined scope and budgets to construction teams.
• Partner with real estate, development, design, construction, and operations teams.
