Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in meetings/events.
• Minimum 10 years of meetings management experience.
• Experience in pharma or agency medical communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the meetings and events department and mentor staff.
• Develop and implement SOPs for meeting services.
• Allocate resources and manage multiple projects and vendors.
• Manage client interactions and maintain account leadership for meetings projects.
• Oversee financials and budgets for meetings programs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and regulations.
