JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President of Program Management in Correspondent Channel Programs in Columbus, OH. You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives focused on Non-Agency, Government (FHA/VA), and Builder programs to improve market share, controls, and partner outcomes.

The role demands governance discipline, influence without authority, and a proven track record managing multiple workstreams in a controlled environment. Strong mortgage industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of Mortgage business/industry knowledge required, especially the Correspondent business.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Pitch Pro and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proven partnership experience across departments and lines of business.
• Exposure to Mortgage Finance including Pricing, Secondary Marketing operations, mortgage servicing and file delivery requirements.
• Understanding of agency deal structures and legal documentation.
• Proven track record drafting and reviewing complex legal agreements and end-to-end ownership of servicing acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving the business development strategy to support the growth of the correspondent initiatives.
• Responsible for Agency relations and building a strong pipeline of approved clients for the programs.
• Field questions from stakeholders on transaction structure, delivery methods and policies.
• Explain program parameters and deliver tailored options to clients.
• Ensure all transactions comply with policies, controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with risk and legal on agreements related to the programs.
• Establish client implementation schedules and manage tracking and communications.
• Partner with Transformation, technology and business stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Monitor deliveries and identify risks, providing resolutions.
