This role requires governance discipline and the ability to influence without direct authority, managing client relationships, risk, legal, and project delivery across multiple workstreams in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of Mortgage business/industry knowledge required.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Pitch Pro and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting complex legal agreements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving the business development strategy for correspondent initiatives.
• Manage agency relations and build a pipeline of approved clients.
• Explain program parameters to clients and deliver tailored options.
• Ensure transactions adhere to policies, procedures and controls.
• Collaborate with risk and legal on agreements.
• Coordinate client implementation schedules and communications.
• Work with Transformation and technology to ensure channel success.
• Monitor deliveries and identify risks with remediation recommendations.
