Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH seeks a Vice President, Program Manager for the Correspondent Channel in Home Lending. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on Non-Agency, Government (FHA/VA), and Builder initiatives, driving liquidity, market share, and scalable operations.

You will influence multiple groups without direct authority, ensure governance, and deliver multiple workstreams concurrently in a tightly controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of Mortgage business/industry knowledge required, especially the Correspondent business.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Pitch Pro and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proven partnership experience across departments and lines of business.
• Exposure to Mortgage Finance including Pricing, Secondary Marketing, mortgage servicing and file delivery requirements; understanding of agency deal structures and legal documentation.
• Proven track record of drafting and reviewing complex legal agreements and end-to-end ownership of servicing acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving the business development strategy to support the growth of the correspondent initiatives
• Responsible for Agency relations and building a strong pipeline of approved clients for the programs
• Field questions from Client Management and stakeholders on transaction structure, delivery methods and policies
• Explain program parameters to clients and deliver tailored options and solutions
• Ensure all transactions are executed in accordance with policies, procedures and controls
• Collaborate with risk and legal on drafting, reviewing and execution of legal agreements
• Establish client implementation schedule and track/report communications
• Partner with Transformation, technology and business stakeholders to ensure execution of channel objectives
• Monitor program deliveries and identify issues/risks with recommended resolutions
• Manage Internal Partnership Management meetings with key stakeholders across teams
