Job summary

Wedgewood Health is seeking a Vice President / Director of Project Management to lead the agency's PM discipline across integrated advertising, digital, and content initiatives. Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of PM/operations experience in advertising, creative, or digital agencies.
• Experience scaling PM teams in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments.
• End-to-end agency workflows knowledge including creative, production, digital and campaigns.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of large-scale, integrated marketing programs across accounts.
• Provide senior-level oversight on budgets, scopes, timelines, and resource plans.
• Act as escalation point for project challenges and navigate stakeholder environments.
• Maintain oversight of operational KPIs including utilization, profitability, delivery consistency, and capacity.
• Build, refine, and implement PM frameworks, workflows, and tools.
• Partner to improve efficiency, documentation practices, and quality assurance.
• Ensure consistent scoping, risk management, change control, and reporting standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and reduce operational friction.
• Collaborate with Account, Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, and Technology leadership.
• Support executive leadership with planning, forecasting, and agency-wide initiatives.
• Serve as a senior delivery leader in client meetings and strategic discussions.
• Help develop delivery approaches for new business pitches with timelines and staffing.
• Build trust by reinforcing delivery rigor and operational leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop the PM department; promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Conduct staffing planning, talent assessments, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
• Provide mentorship to elevate PM methodologies across the agency.
