Responsibilities

• Establish and set program goals aligned with strategic objectives.
• Plan programs from initiation to completion with milestones and deadlines.
• Develop or approve budgets and monitor operational efficiency.
• Design evaluation strategies to monitor program performance.
• Supervise and mentor program and project managers; provide feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve procedural efficiency and productivity.
• Apply change management, risk assessment, and resource optimization.
• Review reports to track progress and address issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Provide senior management with clear, accurate reports or presentations.
