Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a strategic VP of Professional Services to lead the delivery organization across Professional Services, Custom Development, Help Desk, and Managed Services in the United States.

You will own the P&L, set operating models, drive profitability, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to convert demand into reliable, high-value information management solutions.

Qualifications

• Executive-level P&L ownership and financial discipline.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technology services teams (Professional Services, Managed Services, Help Desk, Custom Development).
• Strong profitability, utilization, and customer-satisfaction focus.
• Ability to design scalable delivery processes and governance.
• Cross-functional leadership with sales, operations, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-service delivery portfolio across Professional Services, Custom Development, Help Desk / Customer Support, Managed Services.
• Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth.
• Drive delivery quality, predictability, and client outcomes.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align opportunities and scope.
• Oversee customer support and managed services performance.
• Provide oversight for Custom Development and integrations.
• Define reporting, KPIs, escalation, and staffing models.
• Develop leaders and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Manage executive escalations and client relationships.
• Support strategic initiatives and integrations related to services.
