Ladders in Denver, CO seeks a Vice President of Production to lead manufacturing and production test operations across product lines. The role focuses on scaling from development into high-rate manufacturing and building robust production systems in close partnership with Engineering to improve manufacturability, quality, and throughput.

This hands-on leadership position requires strategic vision with disciplined execution in a complex aerospace and defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years of manufacturing/production leadership in complex technical industries.
• Proven track record scaling from development to high-rate manufacturing.
• Strong background in aerospace or electromechanical system operations.
• Experience establishing vertically integrated manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated success in operational excellence and quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of test automation and design-for-manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and production test operations across product lines.
• Scale production from development into high-rate manufacturing.
• Manage vertical integration for propulsion and RF systems.
• Build scalable systems and workflows to improve production performance.
• Implement lean principles and data-driven management in production.
• Develop production tooling and automated test systems to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering to drive design improvements.
