• Demonstrated success in operational excellence and quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of test automation and design-for-manufacturing.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Production to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This leader will oversee production and manufacturing test operations across product lines, with a focus on scaling from development into high-rate manufacturing. The role will drive vertically integrated operations, build robust production systems, and partner closely with Engineering to improve manufacturability, quality, and throughput. This is a hands‑on leadership position for an operator who can combine strategic vision with disciplined execution in a complex technical environment.

Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $300,000 – $350,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and production test operations across product lines
• Develop and execute strategies to scale production from development into high-rate manufacturing
• Manage vertical integration efforts for propulsion and RF systems
• Build scalable systems and workflows to improve production performance
