EXO Talent Partners is conducting a confidential retained search for a Vice President of Operations for a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer in New York. The role oversees multiple sites, partners with the senior leadership team, and scales a growing operation while maintaining excellence.

Reporting to the President, you will own production, supply chain, quality, and facilities, drive on-time delivery, and develop leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in aerospace/defense.
• Experience owning full-scope operations or a P&L across multiple sites.
• Proven track record of improving on-time delivery, quality, and margins.
• Strong leadership and executive presence for senior stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR/EAR compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own operational execution across multiple business units and facilities.
• Lead production, supply chain, quality, and facilities teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and margin performance.
• Develop leadership and succession planning down to operators.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and finance to align operations with growth.
• Represent operations in reviews and value-creation planning.
