Job summary

Eightfold, a global leader in AI-native talent platforms, is hiring a Senior Director of Product in Santa Clara. You will own the product strategy for a key high-growth line, develop roadmaps with engineering and design, and lead a team of product managers to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will collaborate across leadership, product, marketing, and sales to socialize the vision, analyze competition, and steer adoption. The role is hybrid with in-office presence in Santa Clara.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years of product leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or commensurate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the leadership team, the engineering team, and the product team to develop and execute product roadmaps for a key high-growth line of business
• Listen to our customers to internalize and understand their talent challenges and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needs
• Build and develop a high-performing team of product leaders and product managers while fostering a culture of growth, customer obsession, and strategic thinking
• Partner with key stakeholders to socialize and drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products in the market
• Understand Eightfold core technological strengths and work to integrate them into the products
• Act as the general manager of the product line and drive top line for the business in a capital efficient fashion by partnering with marketing and sales
• Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly
• Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their competition and customer adoption

Qualifications

Hybrid Work @ Eightfold

This role is hybrid which means 3x per week in the office. *Please note this role is open to SF Bay Area only and categorized as hybrid. The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zone is determined by location. Zone A (SF Bay Area): Base Salary Range: $255,000 to $350,000
