Job summary

Eightfold is seeking a senior product leader to own and execute roadmaps for a high-growth line of business. You will lead product leaders, translate customer needs into strategy, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive cross-functional impact.

Join a deeply technical, mission-driven team dedicated to enterprise SaaS. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, in a hybrid SF Bay Area setting with in-office collaboration three days a week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years of product leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or commensurate experience in a relevant field

• Work with leadership, engineering, and product teams to develop and execute product roadmaps for a key high-growth line of business
• Listen to customers to internalize talent challenges and develop a strategic product roadmap
• Build and develop a high-performing team of product leaders and product managers
• Partner with stakeholders to socialize and drive support for your vision across leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products
• Understand Eightfold core technological strengths and integrate them into the products
• Act as the general manager of the product line and drive top line with marketing and sales
• Closely track industry trends and adapt product strategy accordingly
• Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their competition and customer adoption

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the leadership team, the engineering team, and the product team to develop and execute product roadmaps for a key high-growth line of business

• Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly

Please note that this role is only available in our HQ office in Santa Clara, CA. This role is hybrid which means 3x per week in the office.

• Please note this role is open to SF Bay Area only and categorized as hybrid. The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zone is determined by location.

Zone A (SF Bay Area): Base Salary Range: $255,000 to $350,000
