Job summary

Vividion Therapeutics, Inc. in San Diego seeks a VP, Product Team Leader to own integrated strategy and execution of pipeline assets through IND-enabling to proof of concept. This role chairs the Product Team and aligns development plans with corporate priorities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define asset visions, manage budget and risk, and steer strategic decisions with Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, and Commercial partners to drive value across programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/biotech with leadership of complex development programs.
• Proven drug-development leadership in tumor biology and translational strategy.
• Experience with health authority interactions.

Responsibilities

• Define asset vision, target product profile, and value proposition across the portfolio.
• Lead indication prioritization, development scenarios, and proof-of-concept planning.
• Chair Product Team, build accountability culture, and establish decision rights.
• Manage budgets, risk, and resource allocation across programs.
