Job summary

Outcomes is seeking a VP of Product Management to set and execute the strategic vision for our product portfolio and clinical programs. You will lead product and clinical program management, partnering across Clinical Services, Technology, Operations, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive teams.

You will own portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and organizational leadership, driving financial performance, market competitiveness, and best practices across the product organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Successful leadership of product organizations in healthcare tech, pharmacy tech, digital health, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, pharmacy workflows, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience launching, scaling, and managing technology products and portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen including business case development and ROI focus.
• Expertise in agile product development and product operating models.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise product vision and long-term strategy.
• Lead Product Management and Clinical Program Management teams across functions.
• Align investments with company objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Oversee portfolio governance, roadmap prioritization, and resource allocation.
