Job summary

Qualifications

• MD with US medical license required; 15+ years in clinical drug development for biologics.
• Proven leadership in clinical development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong regulatory and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development plans to advance programs through clinical studies.
• Represent clinical development and medical strategy externally and internally.
• Direct Clinical Development team in collaboration with Regulatory, Biostatistics, and Operations.
• Provide strategic input on new indications and novel antibodies entering the clinic.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations for trial execution and monitoring.
• Prepare regulatory documents and medical reviews for submissions.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and researchers.
