Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced product leader to ensure solution decisions align with strategic goals and to drive Epics, Features, and User Stories from concept to delivery. You will advocate for customer needs, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in product design, data engineering, and CD/CI practices, with a preference for real estate domain familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, CS, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of industry experience, 2+ years at AVP level or external equivalent; 5+ years of increasing responsibility in product/service development.
• 7+ years in solution design with end-user usability focus.
• Strong analytical skills to identify persona/outcome impacts.
• Data engineering experience with big data; CD/CI pipelines knowledge.
• Proven stakeholder management experience; ability to align solutions with strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; voice of the customer.
• Real estate experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product decisions align with the organization's strategy and communicate the strategic vision to teams.
• Assist in defining Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide solution options balancing capacity and demand.
• Maintain a ready backlog and communicate Acceptance Criteria aligned with Epics.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs.
• Conduct user interviews to understand customer problems.
• Validate prioritization aligns with strategic direction.
• Ensure release work aligns with the strategic vision and goals.
• Identify risks and impediments between backlog items and manage them.
• Coordinate and participate in product releases and change management.
• Prepare and communicate release notes to clients or internal users.
• Create and monitor metrics to improve processes and track progress.
• Mentor and train team members as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
