Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior product professional to represent stakeholder interests and drive product strategy from epics to user stories. You will collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasible, valuable solutions that meet customer needs and align with the business roadmap.

You will lead backlog grooming, participate in releases and change management, and mentor team members while maintaining a clear strategic vision and customer voice across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, CS, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of industry experience with 2+ years in AVP level or equivalent.
• 5+ years increasing responsibility in product/service development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product decisions align with the organization's strategy and communicate the vision to teams.
• Assist in defining Epic success criteria and outcomes.
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide solution options balancing capacity and demand.
• Maintain a ready backlog for cross-functional Delivery Teams.
