Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead Epics, Features and User Stories, balancing capacity with demand and ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap. You will represent the voice of the customer, coordinate with Delivery Teams, and drive release readiness across cross‑functional groups.

The role requires 8+ years in product or service development, strong UX, and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years in AVP level or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of solution design experience with full stack and UX focus.
• Strong analytical skills to identify persona/outcome scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product decisions align with strategy and communicate the vision to teams.
• Assist in defining Epic success criteria and outcomes.
• Evaluate, prepare, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide options balancing capacity and demand.
• Maintain a ready backlog for cross-functional Delivery Teams.
