Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gather clear requirements and write user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to understand use cases and trends.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements and develop user journeys and artifacts.
• Identify dependencies/issues and present recommendations for resolution.
• Provide product demos and gather feedback to shape the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams building core components for the product.
• Ensure features are implemented per specifications, released on schedule, and issues remediated.
