Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Natural ability to empathize with customer needs and focus on their problems.
• Creative innovator who can define tradeoffs, generate solutions, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions for the roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap.
• Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability).
• Champion onboarding experience across channels with easy sign-up for products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on onboarding strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Translate merchant needs into product requirements and backlog items.
• Work with engineering, design and delivery teams through the product lifecycle.
• Be the voice of customers and ship high quality, scalable products on time.
• Maintain awareness of digital banking and onboarding trends across web and mobile.
