Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an Epic Product Manager to drive Epic platform strategy, upgrades, and adoption, partnering with Operations, Epic Services, Product, Innovation, Data, and Partnership Success.

This internal individual contributor reports to the VP, Epic Services and will shape Epic strategy, provide solution-oriented recommendations, and develop scalable Epic playbooks and integration approaches for diverse health-system clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of Epic experience in healthcare operations or IT.
• Epic certification(s) in Patient Access, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, or HIM.
• Deep Epic functional expertise and creative, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Shape Epic strategy, standards, and upgrade adoption across clients.
• Lead requirements and scoping with Ops, Epic, Innovation, Product, and Data.
• Develop and maintain Epic playbooks and SOMs.
• Translate operational needs into scalable Epic-aligned integration approaches.
