Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a full-stack developer to join our cross-functional team, delivering scalable software products across client-facing platforms and internal systems. You will work across the frontend, middle layer, and database, moving between projects as priorities shift.

Responsibilities include leading design and delivery, collaborating with product, architecture, QA, security, and DevOps, and guiding Agile practices to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong object-oriented analysis, design, and programming knowledge.
• Experience building APIs and integrating products and platforms.
• Cloud-native applications and microservices experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead Agile Scrum and DevOps-aligned teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of software products and services.
• Drive high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals and product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Guide Agile practices, planning, backlogs, sprints, and demonstrations.
• Oversee delivery metrics and ensure production readiness and security.
• Define architecture decisions for maintainability, performance, and reuse.
• Mentor engineers and develop delivery teams to improve performance.
• Manage software service delivery and remove barriers to progress.
• Stay informed on business initiatives to influence engineering decisions.
• Run experiments and evaluate new technologies to improve outcomes.
