- Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to develop innovative solutions for higher education.
- Guide a portfolio spanning web content management, curriculum/catalog management, and learner engagement.
- Translate insights into actionable product roadmaps and differentiating solutions.
- Foster collaboration across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
