Job description

As the VP, Product - Enterprise, you will lead the strategy and development of our enterprise product offerings, focusing on advancing core GRC capabilities for mature enterprise customers and delivering enterprise-specific features aligned with customer needs. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS companies evolving from SMB-focused to robust enterprise solutions, combining startup agility with scale-up discipline. You will own the strategy and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the sophisticated requirements of enterprise clients, driving innovation and growth.

What you’ll do:

1. Gather insights from customers, conduct market and competitive analysis, and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise product offerings, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and market demands.
2. Enhance our core GRC features for enterprise needs, emphasizing configurability, integration, and scalability.
3. Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their challenges and ensure our solutions address their key needs.
4. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring enterprise-grade products to market, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration.
5. Establish and track key OKRs and performance metrics to evaluate and improve the success of enterprise product initiatives.
6. Inspire and mentor product teams to innovate, think creatively, and deliver world-class solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in leadership roles within SaaS companies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields; an MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
• Experience in Security, GRC, or related security and compliance products is highly desirable.
• Extensive SaaS experience, particularly in transitioning products from SMB to enterprise solutions.
• A blend of startup agility and scale-up discipline, capable of building scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Proven leadership in scaling high-performing product teams in dynamic environments.
• Passion for solving complex enterprise problems and fostering customer-centric innovation.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams collaboratively and solution-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating vision to all stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
