About The Role

Director, Product

As the Director, Product for our Clinical teams, you will discover, prioritize, and build data insights for our clinical products. You should be strategic, data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of executing a forward-looking product strategy. Responsibilities include owning product processes such as roadmapping and sprint planning, aligning stakeholders, driving product processes, and mentoring a team of product managers. Your insights will enable learning, iteration, and growth, embodying the Thirty Madison mission of providing healthcare access for all with chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle, including optimizing features and developing new ones.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals, identifying new opportunities through market research and customer analysis.
• Manage quarterly and annual roadmaps to meet key business objectives like revenue, patient engagement, and retention.
• Mentor and build a team of product managers, supporting current and future needs.
• Align cross-functional teams on clinical product priorities.
• Promote a data-informed culture for product iteration, ensuring initiatives are well-structured and optimized.
• Engage in detailed product requirements, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Improve product and design processes, including planning, discovery, research, and documentation.
• Build scalable data solutions and identify future roadmap opportunities through data insights.
• Contribute to strategic use of data within product teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading agile teams and launching measurable products.
• Strong data obsession, with experience using analytics tools like Looker, Snowflake, Google Analytics, SQL, and A/B testing.
• Healthcare product experience, understanding patient privacy and clinical workflows.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Passion for improving healthcare patient experiences.

Bonus

• Knowledge of ReactJS and Ruby on Rails.
• Understanding of relational database design and querying.
