Adapty is seeking a senior product leader to own the omni-product roadmap and scale the organization. You will build a product developers love and define a clear metrics and P&L framework.

With 8+ years in product management and a proven track record shipping complex products, you will partner with sales and marketing, drive ROI-based prioritization, and lead a fast-growing SaaS business with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping complex products, formulating product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners.
• 8+ years in product management, including leadership roles (Head/VP/C-level).
• Great analytical mindset and business sense that guides ROI-based prioritization.
• A bias for ownership and an entrepreneurial drive for success.

Responsibilities

• Build a product that app developers love.
• Own the product roadmap for our multi-product business.
• Build and scale our org structure, processes, and reporting cadence for product shipment.
• (Co)own product P&L.
• Define and implement a clear product metrics and goal system.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to define and track shared metrics (pipeline, conversion, LTV/CAC).
