    • Create systems and rituals that enable product excellence without bureaucracy.
  • Product Management Execution
    • Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle from roadmap definition to delivery and iteration.
    • Balance innovation and operational excellence, making tradeoffs between new capabilities and technical debt.
    • Establish clear product processes for prioritization, decision‑making, and definition of done.
  • Market Positioning & Analytics
    • Own competitive positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies.
    • Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends and differentiation.
    • Define success metrics for every initiative and ensure product analytics inform decisions.

    • Ensure features are discoverable, understood, and adopted through in‑product communication.
    • Partner with Growth and Customer Success to identify signals of expansion or churn risk.
  • Customer Empathy & Support Systems
    • Own customer feedback loops to ground features in real workflows and pain points.
    • Partner with Engineering and Success to ensure support systems meet SLAs and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership
