You will manage a regional territory, build senior relationships, and coordinate with the team to deliver tailored investment strategies. The role requires 7+ years in financial services, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong communication; CFA/CAIA a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of financial services sales with strong relationships across RIAs, wires, private banks and family offices.
• Proven private markets experience and strong product knowledge.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Management/Communication; Series 6/7 and 63 required; CFA/CAIA a plus.

• Manage and grow a sales territory with regional prospects through active prospecting.
• Maintain high activity via face-to-face meetings, video conferences and calls.
• Coordinate with senior team to plan internal/external prospect meetings.
• Leverage relationships to ensure immediate production and growth.
• Demonstrate consultative sales, active listening and strong client service.
• Uncover and qualify new opportunities; adapt to changing market needs.
