Job summary

Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, seeks a Principal to drive private wealth sales across intermediary channels. You’ll engage Financial Advisors, delivering market insights, portfolio guidance, and product solutions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in financial services sales, FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 with a clean U4, a Finance/Business/Management degree, and proven relationship-building skills. This remote role offers growth within Hamilton Lane.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial services sales experience, with strong relationships in Wirehouses and Independent Broker Dealers.
• Private markets experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree with an area of concentration in Finance, Business, Management, or Communication.
• Series 6 or 7 and 63 required with a clean U4.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Chicago/Minnesota/Wisconsin Territory with active prospecting and meetings.
• Drive high activity levels through face-to-face, video, and phone engagements.
• Coordinate with senior team members for internal and external meetings and leverage relationships to accelerate production.
• Represent multiple product offerings and deepen investment knowledge to unlock opportunities.
