Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management or advisor development.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Strong recruiting knowledge or talent acquisition strategy preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
