• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operations, and scalability.
• Develop and promote practice management tools and frameworks for advisor success.
• Partner with Regional Heads to address regional growth needs.
• Build regional recruiting pipelines and maintain candidate relationships.
• Support recruiting strategies with market intelligence and pipeline tracking.
• Gather feedback to identify trends and enhancement opportunities.
