Job summary

Blue Owl is seeking a Market Leader (Vice President) to drive adoption of investment solutions across a defined territory within a hybrid sales framework. You will lead advisor engagement, develop a data-driven territory plan, and partner with senior team members to meet and exceed sales KPIs.

Travel is expected 1–2x per month as needed. The role requires 6–10+ years in financial services, a Bachelor’s degree, and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10+ years in financial services or private wealth.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Proven success in advisor engagement and sales within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by independently developing and managing relationships with financial advisors across the territory.
• Schedule and lead advisor meetings, portfolio reviews, and group presentations, including in-person and virtual engagements.
• Represent Blue Owl at partner-firm and advisor conferences and act as a senior SME on private markets.
