Job summary

Brio Real Estate, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, seeks an Associate to evaluate and execute private credit and real estate investments in Atlanta. You will build financial models, assess loan collateral, perform due diligence, and support the full deal lifecycle from origination to closing and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

You will collaborate with senior team members, prepare materials for leadership, and provide insights for investment decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building financial models for real estate or private credit investments.
• Ability to underwrite loans and assess collateral across CRE asset types.
• Familiarity with credit agreements, loan structures, and NAV facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation and cash flow modeling.
• Underwrite and perform credit analysis on loan collateral for private credit investments.
• Support deal lifecycle from origination to closing and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
• Prepare investment materials and participate in investment committee discussions.
