Brio Real Estate, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company focused on real estate credit, seeks a senior team member to own client coverage for an assigned region and drive private credit opportunities from sourcing to closing.

You will oversee underwriting, due diligence, and the preparation of investment narratives for senior leadership, while coordinating with sponsors, brokers, and operators to close transactions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in bank, private equity, investment manager, or real estate credit platform.
• Proven track record in real estate debt origination and client coverage.
• Strong knowledge of real estate capital markets and trends.
• Advanced financial/modelling skills and ability to review deal analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Own client coverage and business development for an assigned region.
• Lead evaluation and origination of private credit investment opportunities.
• Oversee underwriting, due diligence, and closing of CRE debt investments.
• Synthesize data into clear investment narratives for leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and coordinate deal teams.
• Lead negotiations with sponsors, brokers, operators, and lawyers.
