Job summary

Brio Real Estate, a Blackstone portfolio company, is seeking an investment underwriting professional to support private credit and CRE investments. You will build and review financial models, perform cash flow analyses, and assess deal risk to inform investment decisions.

You will contribute to due diligence, prepare investment materials for leadership, and present opportunities to senior management. Domestic travel of 5–10% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or STEM.
• 3–5+ years in real estate, credit, or investment banking.
• Familiarity with CRE or structured finance is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and cash flow modeling to evaluate prospects.
• Underwrite and assess credit on loan collateral across property types.
• Support deal execution from origination to closing and due diligence.
• Prepare investment materials and present to leadership.
• Track market trends and portfolio risk; monitor performance.
• Travel 5–10% domestically.
