Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in asset management or related investment-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income markets; experience with multi-asset or income-oriented strategies preferred.
• Experience supporting product growth initiatives, positioning, and distribution.
• Familiarity with registered investment products (mutual funds, ETFs).
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product lead for fixed income and multi-asset investment strategies, coordinating with investment, distribution, and marketing teams.
• Develop and enhance product narratives, positioning, and value propositions for fundraising across institutional and intermediary channels.
• Provide SME on investment strategies, market trends, portfolio positioning, and client inquiries.
• Support sales with customized content, client presentations, analyses, and strategic responses.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify trends and gaps.
• Collaborate on design and launch of new strategies and distribution opportunities.
• Monitor and adjust existing offerings for competitiveness in features and pricing.
• Partner with marketing to develop thought leadership and growth campaigns.
• Engage across mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts, and institutional mandates.
• Present to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.
