Formación

• Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree from a strong academic institution.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking/private equity/corporate roles (credit underwriting, debt structuring and syndication, lending, or M&A experience preferred, but not required).
• Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, financial analysis, and valuation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a proven self-starter.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
• A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.

Responsabilidades

• Work side-by-side with senior staff on financing or investment banking transactions.
• Assist with evaluating and structuring financing alternatives for private equity and corporate clients.
• Interact with banks, private credit funds, hybrid capital funds, junior capital funds, hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices.
• Gain hands-on transaction experience by participating on deal teams from pitch to close.
• Develop corporate finance and valuation skills relevant to raising capital and understand debt/equity markets.
• Interact with a broad range of businesses across industries with unique capital needs.
