Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluating and structuring customized financing alternatives.
• Prepare transaction-related materials, including presentations, process trackers and diligence materials.
• Interact with investors, including banks, private credit funds, hybrid capital funds, junior capital funds, hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices.
• Gain hands-on transaction experience by participating on deal teams from pitch through closing.
