Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day execution of financing or similar investment banking transactions.
• Experience working in private capital markets.
• Advanced knowledge of legal documentation including credit and security agreements.
• Familiarity and experience working with active financing market investors.
• At least one internal promotion at their existing employer.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with senior professionals to gain exposure to public and private debt and equity financings.
• Assist with evaluating and structuring customized financing alternatives for private equity and corporate clients.
• Interact with banks, private credit funds, hybrid capital funds, junior capital funds, hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices.
• Gain hands-on transaction experience by playing an integral role on deal teams from the initial pitch through closing.
• Develop general corporate finance and valuation skills relevant to raising capital.
• Interact with a broad range of businesses across different industries and with unique capital needs.
