Job summary

Capital Solutions Group in New York, NY, is seeking a Vice President or Director to lead execution of bespoke transactions tied to balance sheet optimization, coordinating with private credit funds and large asset managers.

The role involves advising management on strategic direction, coordinating with legal, risk, and compliance, and mentoring junior staff while delivering complex financings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Math, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, private credit, structured finance, investment banking, or balance sheet focused corporate finance.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Deep familiarity with legal transaction documentation, diligence processes, and closing mechanics.
• Knowledge of Intex Dealmaker and Intex Desktop; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day‑to‑day execution lead with private credit funds, alternative asset managers, and bank clients.
• Prepare and present deal‑related memos, credit applications, and other materials to internal decision makers.
• Facilitate investor marketing discussions and deal negotiations.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, risk, and other teams to implement new products and control frameworks.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold high execution standards.
