Job summary

Liberty Mutual Investments in Boston is seeking a senior operations leader to serve as Vice President, Loan Admin Oversight & Partnerships, owning loan administration relationships and the integrity of the loan book of record.

You will oversee day-to-day loan administration, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure cross-system alignment across a multi-platform loan ops environment while partnering with senior leaders to drive scalable, data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
• CPA or CFA preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of experience in loan operations, loan administration, or a related back‑office function.
• Deep knowledge of loan administration operations across private credit and broadly syndicated loan portfolios.
• Significant experience with loan administration platforms and systems; strong knowledge of cross-system data flows.
• Proven track record of managing loan administration relationships, including SLA governance and issue escalation.
• Experience with agent bank operations and loan agency services.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational risk controls, audit readiness, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational data integrity of the loan book of record — positions, cash flows, valuations.
• Oversee day-to-day loan administration performance and vendor partnerships.
• Ensure cross-system alignment across multi‑platform loan operations environment.
• Manage relationships with loan administrators, servicers, and external collaborators.
• Drive automation and process improvements to scale operations.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Investor, Finance, Treasury, and Portfolio Ops teams.
