TD Securities Inc. is seeking a high-caliber professional to lead strategic oversight, governance, and optimization of our investment portfolio in New York.

You will build robust performance frameworks, drive investment execution, and advance capital management across the firm. You will develop datasets and metrics, monitor portfolio health, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with investment bankers, legal, and finance teams to enhance governance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in investment oversight, capital markets, or portfolio management; 5+ years total work experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling, performance attribution, and treasury management systems.
• Strategic thinking: translate complex regulatory requirements into governance policies.
• Communication: lead councils and influence senior stakeholders across banking, legal, and finance disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Oversight & Analytics: develop, implement, and maintain enhanced datasets and performance metrics; monitor portfolio health and trends for executive decisions.
• Governance & Compliance: become SME on internal Investment Governance Framework; ensure activities are compliant; establish a Performance Review Council.
• Capital & Treasury Optimization: engage in funding and capital optimization to improve performance and efficiency; maintain a Treasury Framework.
• SPV & Investor Management: design and execute a standardized framework for SPV portfolio management; act as central contact for investor relations.
• Business Performance: provide analytical support to the COE, building datasets to aid strategic decisions.
