Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management or related fields
- Strong understanding of advisor business development and wealth management models
- Experience coaching, consulting, or advising professionals on growth and productivity
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Partner with advisors to develop growth strategies and business plans.
- Coach teams on organizational design and capacity planning.
- Identify productivity improvements and scale advisor operations.
- Develop tools and resources to support advisor success.
- Cultivate regional recruiting pipelines and candidate outreach.
- Collaborate with Talent Strategy and Recruiting leadership.
