Arco Talent Group seeks a Vice President to lead execution and client development in investment banking advisory focused on power, renewables, and related infrastructure. Based in New York or Houston, you will work closely with senior bankers to drive M&A mandates and strategic transactions across energy assets.

Qualifications

• Senior Associate or VP level investment banking experience with power/renewables exposure.
• Strong M&A execution background with ability to run multiple workstreams.
• Valuation and financial modeling skills with commercial judgment.
• Experience working with senior bankers, clients, and external advisors.
• Interest in a long-term career in power and renewables advisory.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates across power, renewables, and related infrastructure sectors
• Manage transaction workstreams, including valuation, financial modeling, marketing materials, due diligence, and negotiations
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, counterparties, and external advisors throughout live processes
• Develop transaction ideas, sector insights, and materials that support new business and deepen client relationships
• Evaluate companies, platforms, and asset portfolios across conventional and renewable power generation, storage, and adjacent infrastructure
• Supervise and develop Associates and Analysts, setting a high standard for analysis, materials, and execution
