The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Corporate Finance within the Power & Utilities – Renewables sector, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of successful transaction execution in investment banking.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Corporate Finance as an M&A Banker or Coverage Banker in Power & Utilities – Renewables.
• Strong client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven transaction execution experience in investment banking.
• Advanced technical and strategic advisory capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead origination and execution of complex M&A transactions and related client relationships.
• Support the origination and lead execution of M&A advisory transactions.
• Manage day-to-day deal processes, ensure milestones and timelines are met.
• Oversee development and quality control of financial models and client materials.
• Serve as primary client contact on deal execution matters.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with senior bankers.
• Provide mentorship to Analysts and Associates.
