Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, management or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
• 5 years experience in Investment banking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients in power, utilities and renewable energy sector.
• Lead client meetings by presenting sector updates and transaction materials.
• Oversee transaction execution with high-level client communications and internal teams.
• Review and approve financial models and valuation analyses prepared by juniors.
• Manage deal team workflow and oversee deliverables quality and timeliness.
• Analyze power market fundamentals, regulatory changes, and sector trends to provide actionable insights.
• Support Directors and Managing Directors in client coverage and business development.
